IT'S ON

We're going to studio to record the first full Autere album. Preproduction starts now. Balls will be ripped off, asses will be kicked. No arrows to the knee. This is going to happen!

SEARCH FOR THE GUITARIST IS OVER

We got ourselves a new guitarist. We all like to welcome Joona Alamäki (his last name is downhill in English so I guess we have shit for luck from now on) known from Funeral Feast and Damnesty to fill our rows. We're glad to have him on board and looking forward to future gigs and studio sessions. It's hard to find a good guitarist with the right attitude these days and we consider our selves lucky to have him play with us.

AUTERE HAKEE KITARISTIA!

Haemme riveihimme uutta kitaristia. Jos seuraavat kriteerit eivät hirvitä niin ota rohkeasti yhteyttä.

Toivomuksena on löytää 23-33 vuotias kitaristi Turun liepeiltä, joka on valmis sitoutumaan bändiin muunakin, kuin sivuprojektina. Sinulla tulisi olla kokemusta keikkailusta sekä riittävästi itsevarmuutta ja soittotaitoa, jotta pystyt eläytymään lavalla. Omat soittokamat olisi myös syytä olla asialliset ja luotettavat. Arvostamme myös teknistä osaamista niin komppi- kuin soolopuolella ja sävellystaitokin on plussaa. Lienee turha mainita, että valtion palvelus olisi syytä olla suoritettuna.

Tulevaisuuden suunnitelmissa on aloittaa pitkäsoiton nauhoitukset alkukeväästä 2012 ja jos ennen sitä keretään saada keikkaa niin aina parempi.

JUSSI KAUMI LEAVES AUTERE
Our long time guitarist Jussi Kaumi announced that he leaves Autere for personal reasons. The rest of us would like to thank Jussi for all these years, good times and tunes.

At some point we're going to apply a new guitarist to fill our rows, but for now we concentrate on writing new material for the first full length Autere album.

Great news! We made it through to the Finnish finals of the Wacken Metal Battle contest where four remaining bands compete for a place in the international contest at the Wacken festival. The final qualification takes place 25.7.2009 at the Qstock festival, Oulu. Be there!
